Good News for some WAC03 Applicants, but very Disappointed News for WAC02 Applicants

Kashmir,

You thanked me for my opinion - I actually asked you a set of questions - which I don't believe we have the facts to answer, and you did not address after all facts get in the way of politics sometimes.

I think its a reasonable question to ask why you can write to the CSC claiming discrimination - you obviously know something I don't know. My explanation and a previous post who heard from his lawyer about WAC-03 FP's see a different side of it.

Not trying to be awkard just find out where you get this info from about discrimiation.

WAC 03-005-xxxxx ...not a lucky winner

Do not know what to say other than my WAC # is 03-005-xxxxx, FP on Nov. 20th 03, and I am not a lucky winner so far.
The only think I know for sure is that CSC is a big mess and this random way of processing cases is just one another bad example.

rjl, I agree with you about toning down the innuendo against USCIS. You have expressed your ideas forcefully and yet politely. I am also glad you came out and offered apolozies to Kashmir. Kashmir has done a good job and we all thank him.

It is pathetic for folks like 140_takes_4ever to mouth off scathing remarks like "shut up", "sit on your fat ass". This is not your forum and no need to be a self-made hero. You learn how to accept feedback/remarks from others.

"Active" participation is relative. Just do your job... but do not expect others to join the cause the way you see it. Some of us may be turned off by your crude and unrefined attitude.

Let's focus on common problem created by CIS, I feel other side issues doesn't matter.

deepak45,

If you can't take the heat get out of the kitchen! If you post a message, you better be prepared for the flames. If I don't agree with what someone has to say, I don't see any reason to keep quite about it.

Edited!

I come to this forum to ask/answer any questions and not to organize/participate in rallies or to argue with heroes like you.

I commend you for answering others' questions. That's great help. However, you decimate all your goodness the moment you engage in personal attacks.

Enough of this already. You do have a big mouth than you can handle. Sooner or later you will run into the wrong man at the wrong time... and before you know it... it would be too late for you.

Please tell us how to put you on the ignore list. I would appreciate that.

Before we rip each others throats out which was not my intention. I wanted to calmly re-start my comments. Please continue the campaigns but please also spend a few moment considering do we have all the facts to support our arguments or have we giventhe CSC time to do what they said they would do.

Kashmir - Please take this as constructuve critisim - I am not saying you are wrong - just trying to make sure we stay focused on the facts. Lets keep pushing the CSC hard on things we are 100% sure they cannot defend.

Oh and if it gets better lets thank them and tell them in the next sentence they need to get even better.

RJL,

Please let me extend you an invitation to join in planning these campaigns. Your ideas are good and should be implemented, and you are the right person to raise those points.

Constructive criticism is always welcome and your efforts at contacting your Senators and the media are much appreciated!

Wow !! There are a lot of discussions today.
It's amazing, isn't it ?

Thanks. I always listen to opinions even if it is crticism.

> please also spend a few moment considering do we have all the facts to support our argument

Unless USCIS provides us the FACT, it's difficult for us to get the FACT.
We cannot do anything if we wait to have the FACT.
I think it's a waste of time.

> Oh and if it gets better lets thank them and tell them in the next sentence they need to get even better.

USCIS has already let me wait for over 2 years just for I-485.
I will never thank to USCIS even if I get approved.

> have we given the CSC time to do what they said they would do.

This is not the first time.
The CSC has already failed to keep its promise many times.
I just cannot trust USCIS.
We have to act proactively in order to make CSC keep its promise.
We should learn from the past or the history,
and we should not repeat the same mistake again and again.

This is not a game with USCIS but a fight for our right and our future.

I guess we agree to disagree.

I see no point in starting a campaign if you do not have the facts to back up your claims. You have posted twice today and said you have no facts to back up your discriminating against WAC02 claim.

Therefore your campaign is worthless and probably makes us a laughing stock to the reader of your faxes.

You also told me you do not believe anything the CSC says - so I really don't understand why you spend all this trying to get them to respond because you do not believe it.

As soon as you get a response you off again claiming it was some falsehood.

Sorry but I'm not getting involved in any of this stuff its not going to achieve anything. You are getting everyones hopes up for nothing - next you will be taking a class action suit ;-), all that does is idivert CSC mgrs away from their day job of processing claims.

I will keep plugging away with people I get to meet and my local representative's.

Good luck

sorry one last post - you say its a fight for your right and future - very much agreed on the later its our futures but it is NOT our right - we are guests here !

to rjl

1) AC21 Memo was result of similar actions.
2) Recent TSC activity is result of Senetor campaigns.

I agree 485 is not our right....but we all hope that we get our 485 dont we? Instead of just sitting we should do something about it.
filing lawsuit is a good idea....Some body who has less than 20 posts is claiming to be more smarter than Rajiv Khanna.....Recent asymlum decision was because of lawsuit.....

rjl,
we have worked, paid taxes, and contributed to the prosperity of our communities for years. We are not guests anymore. We are and will be a part of this society, and we are earning our rights every day.

so you didn't notice the smiley after my lawsuit comment, but do tell me what its achieved so far expect tie up a few government offical and wasted our taxes.

Again I think you will probably find these successful campaigns were based on FACTS.

Just because I suggest we should campaign on facts not emotions you seem to have a problem

Don is an alien and should be removed from office as he has no right to rule over I-485 claims. Please send 20 faxes tommorrow. If he responds then he lied so lets all sue him. Please send 20 e-mails asap.

No I don't actually know he is an alien but why let get the facts get in the way.

Lighten up guys and read some of the letters you are sending and explain the strategy you have and why its going to be successful or not.

RJL to some extent you are right some of our letters are emotional based on incomplete facts.

But with all the frustrations bottled up inside us and just feeling a sense of helplessness forces us to do something constructive. some people browse this forum and just feel good other people dont care about 485 and dont let that affect their lives... some people vent out their frustrations doing this type of activity......
In a way it is good because no effort goes waste in the end we know we tried every possible damm thing to get GC may be that is not our right but still this is human nature.....
