Please can anyone tell me what is the validity of the plastic green card. i got my passport stamped on 9/30/04.

I am in the same situation. PP Stamping Aug 20. Spouse card ordered:Oct 4th. My Lud changed on sep 8th, but no change in message.

Same situation.
Wife recieved card. I am waiting. LUD changed for me about 3-4 times after stamping. Still no message change.

hi all,
After you become permanent resident or when the passport is stamped (on employment based petition) do immigration inquire about any other documents or any other RFE. I mean any other type of problems that can arise after becoming permanent resident.

AP and EAD Vermont address - urgent
AP and EAD Vermont address - Urgent!!

Can anybody tell me the correct address to mail and fee and form: I 131 (advance Parole) and 1 765(EAD) for Vermont center.
This is just to make sure I'm sending to correct address with correct fee and form. This is my second application. First one was filed by attorney.

Received Cards Today
Finally my family has received our green cards in the mail today, they were mailed to my old address where I lived over 2 years ago.Even though I gave the interviewing officer my current address Somehow the new owner of the house got my phone number through an old insurance statement that was sent there and called my doctor who gave him my information. I really think that was God. . I feel like throwing them in the garage honest, it took over 8 years to get these things. But God has kept me through. Thank you all for your support and hope you all get your day soon. I'm both happy and yet feel disappointed. Hope this helps..

The RD date doesn't make sense since I had my interview last year august,2003 and I originally filed my I485 on Sept, 2001.

Finally, I got my plastic card . I like to thank God first...!!!!
I was in Canada for official visit for last 3 weeks. I went there the same day I received my card. Here is my detail of my wife and myself:

Those who are still waiting for their approval and those who are waiting for their plastic card, I wish their success very soon!
I like to honor all folks in the forum who fought and still fighting for petition to reduce backlog. I have full support for you all. As I believe it is one of your basic rights.
Those who have just recently joined this forum with very limited knowledge and who just started their GC process, I like to welcome you this forum. You will get unlimited knowledge about any situation from this forum. Here so many such GURUS are ready to reply your question precisely, correct and authentic. The day, I joined in this forum, I did not know “what is the benefit of Green Card” even. Since then, I followed this forum and tried to read each and every forum related to my issue/case and gained sufficient knowledge to take right time right steps to do. I saved at least $3000.00 worth of spending as a legal fee to apply my EAD and AP by myself and got all approval. Even I applied my wife's H4 extension by myself and got approval.
As I have completed GC process, I will be back after 5 years. I hope I can meet with all of you here again for citizenship processing. I wish this forum will be more advance then.
