GC for my brother.

Hello,

I want to apply GC for my married brother. Do i have to apply for his wife now?. Or he will do during Adjust of status, which will take couple years. As my brother is in India.

Pl let me know.


Also documents required will be

1. I-130 petition
2. Birth certifiacte of mine
3. His birth certificate
4. Naturalise xerox certificate
5. affidivate of support.

Mail to Chicago mailbox. Iam located in Missouri.

You will sponsor your married borther only. His wife and kids (if any) will be considered his dependents and will get their GCs when your brother gets his. Adjustment of status will not apply to him since he is in India and will get his GC via consular processing. It will not take a couple of years. It will take around 12 to 15 years.

Do i have to fill I864 form affidivate of support along with I130. Or this has to be done in later stage.

After I apply for Green card for my brother through family based category. Since It will be going to take 10 years.
What will be impact, if my brother got chance to come to USA through H1B or through company on B1 visa. Will his stamping will effect?

What will be impact on bussiness visa from consultancy companies like IBM, TCS. Who want to send their employees for couple weeks..

You need to end this "minimal question" "minimal response" "unending follow-up" thread. Either present a fully developed scenario or go see a lawyer face-to-face so (s)he can drag information out of you.
 
Does not matter. Your brother will still need to overcome 214(b) and with a pending I-130, it will be very difficult to do so.
