My FP was received today 12/07/07.
The Notice Date is 12/4/07.
The FP date is 12/24/07.

You can always call them to see if they have walk ins.

I think you can just walk in on one of the off-days (Tuesday and Wednesday). As long as the FP office isn't slammed, they'll help you out.

Here is what I found out last night. I printed out directions for KC DO and when I looked at the Paper it actually had the DO's Tele # on there. Try to do the same to see if you can find the # for the DO. I am not sure if I went through Mapquest or Yahoo

Congrats on both the baby and the FP Notice. You should take your wife with you and you won't need to explain why you are early. Everyone knows your schedule will be fragile in this last month. Good luck!

My timeframe is very close to yours (also NSC) so I should expect my FP notice soon. Very encouraging. Let us know how it goes!

10/29/07 : Priority Date
11/08/07 : Check cashed
12/01/07 : NOA received ( I-797C)
Inteview Notification : Within 240 days of Notice Date

Yeah! 15 - 18 months or so, I am still shaking my head over that timeframe... I just don't think it will be that bad, I am hoping for an April interview or at least an IL. I won't expect this though - It could be September:

As the Democratic presidential campaining heats up for next election I'm sure that the processing delays will become more and more an election issue. Perhaps this exposure will help reduce the delays in the future.
