FP Notice Tracker

My wife received the 2nd FP notice yesterday. My case has been approved on May 13, 2004.

Here is her detail.

2nd FP recv'd: May 21, 2004
2nd FP scheduled: July, 1, 2004

We'll try to do a early FP since she is flying back on July, 1.

Received 2nd FP notice for myself and wife yesterday. Sent by USICS directly to me.

No email notification, no FAX to senators, congressmen, etc., no status change.

Received 2nd FP notice for myself and wife yesterday. Sent by USICS directly to me. Scheduled for 10-june-04 in Gardena,CA. I asked my attorney and he is reluctand and saying
"keep to the INS appointment schedule with the fingerprints. I would not like to through them off with something unusual! The date is scheduled and matches up with your file"

Would there be any problem if i go next week.

No email notification,

service center WSC in fp notice?

My wife and I got our second fp notices
today. The scheduled date is 06/18 at
charcot ave., san jose. Two questions:

1. Can I go early? How do I contact charcot
by phone to ask if I can? (or any number)
Or should I just show up there?

2. The notices have 'WSC' in service-center
column. What does it mean?

Second FP Recieved 02-289

I recieved second FP for me and my wife last week.Its scheduled for june 29 at Oakland.

Details:
ND: Sept 30/2002
First FP: Nov 2002
Second FP: Scheduled for June 29th.

I have heard that Oakland is not good at early FP's ? is it correct? Can we go to San Jose ASC?

For July/2002 I sent 3 Faxes to INS. Didn't get any reply yet.

Does anybody know the Senator name for Sacramento/CA area ?

What does that priority date mean ? Is it Labor Application ND or AD ?

Got 2nd FP notice, WAC02-248, ND. Aug02, 2002.
But there is no notice for my wife. Anyone in same situation??

Anyone with early FP experience at Gardena, CA

I have my 2nd FP schdeuled on June 10th at Gardena, CA. Does any one had been there for early FP.

I am planning to go there some time this week.

Got First FP notice today

Hi all,
I have just received 1st Finger Printing Notice today, but my wife has not received one yet. Is it common to receive FP notice for primary applicant first and for the later ?. Has anybody had the similar situation before? Actually there is a gap between my wife's I-485 receipt number and mine. Do you guys think that could be a reason for the delay in receiving her FP notice ?. Should I wait for some more time to see if she gets the FP notice ?.

Does anyone with RD date around 6/03 not receive FP notice yet? I am worried. What can I do? Please help! :confused:
