We finished our FP at Fort Worth CIS Center yesterday on May 6th, 2004. There were vey few people since they strictly turn down any one without appointment.

Today, my status changed to RFE received on May 6, 2004 - my attorneys sent the response on May 4, 2004.

Today (MAY 7 2004) i have done FP with wife in sanjose.It is really a cool experience.All staff's are polite and co-operative.Only 10 guys before us.Only State ID card needed.For some people they are asking passport.

Did you see any internal status change

Did you see any internal status change on your case status.
Just in case you are not familiar USCIS added a feature that provides USCIS internal status which will also sends out an e-mail notification for any change.

DId you get any mail notification for FP ?
 
Hi gnu01,

I created profiles for me and my wife.But the dates are not changed!!!.I filed concurrently in CSc in march 2004.The dates for I-485 and EAD changed once.Not for I-140 and AP.

Actually i received postal mail for FP on April 12 th 2004(It is for MAy 7 2004 Fp).And the updated date for I-485 is is April 19th 2004.But i think 8-10 days before i created my profile.So i dont know exactly what happens in my status.

Has Any April 2002 Nd Received 2nd Fp Or Any Change On Status. My Status Is The Same Since May 2002.
 
Who normally gets the FP notice? The applicant or the Lawyer?

I'll try to do it earlier in Oakland ASC.

I was asking my attorney to check about the FP status. He faxed inquiry in last week and then I got the notice today. It seems it helps.

I remember my first FP notice was sent to me. Does anyone think that I should check with my old lawyer's firm?

Online status changed today morning to FP received

On May 11, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485
Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were
received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a
notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

The previous status was RFE received on May 6, 2004.

Got the FP notice for me and my wife.

Details:
140 RD - 4/2/04
485 RD - 4/26/04
FP notice received - 5/17/04 for June 3rd
Waiting for EAD, AP and the rest...

Hope to receive EAD and AP in June.

2nd FP notice recvd (to be done on 06/29/04) today in mail.
no change in touchdate or online status. no automatic email.

Got 2nd FP notice yesterday by mail

It is scheduled to be done on 6/9/04.
Nothing has changed on my online status.
No automatic e-mail, either.

It seems like many people got the notice this week.
Am I right?
