FP for Atlanta Q2 '04 140/485 filers

Got it !!! At least some progress ;)

OK, since we have received the FP notices in a batch, does it make sense to make some sort of list of the active participants with dates so that we can know the approval pattern of 2004 Q2 filers? If so, can some one initiate ....

Also, since they have issued the FP notice, does it mean they have done priliminary review of our applications? Is it still possible for them to issue RFE on the documents we have submitted?

Any thoughts ???? :confused:

Early FP

Does anybody know how to do early finger printing. Your input and suggestions is very much appriciated. Thanks.
 
Early FP in Atlanta ASC

I just finished FP at 13:30. It was busy, but the two guard were stuck with two guys in front of me. I got waved in by a receptionist, and she handed me a form to fill in; later another receptionist did mention my appointment date is 06/30, but still let me do it. It took me about 25 minute for the process.

Definitely early FP is worth trying.

Completed early FP this morning. They did not check anything. I would suggest to go at 8 am for the early FP.

I asked my lawyer about the possibility that the receipt is lost in the mail, she said that the possibility that both copies (hers and mine) are both lost is small. I also asked her if Atlanta is still issuing FP notices and she said yes(???) since I haven't seen any body got the receipt lately. Hope that helps.
