FP for Atlanta Q2 '04 140/485 filers

Nope, I did not get my FP notice yet.
I have not seen any issued in the recent past.
I am wondering if my notice was lost in mail?!?!

Yes, I just wanted to tell that this is the first FP I have seen from TSC since March end.
So sad that people in our batch from other cities have started booking for passport stamping appointments. Anyways, there's nothing we can do.....

Dear Friends

Another guy in my company (He is from mainland China) had submitted his 140/485 (EB1) from Memphis in Oct 04. He got his FP done on 29th Apr and got his 485 approved last week. so I am not the only FP notice from TSC since March. Hope the best for everyone.

GC2ME,

I asked my lawyer about the possibility that the receipt is lost in the mail, she said that the possibility that both copies (hers and mine) are both lost is small. I also asked her if Atlanta is still issuing FP notices and she said yes(???) since I haven't seen any body got the receipt lately. Hope that helps.

I got the same answer from my lawyers.
They were on a roll give FP notices till July dates, given my
luck they had to slow down when it came to August.
Well on the grand scheme of things I guess this is a minor issue. :)
 
Can I call USCIS to ask them about FP?
May be it can speed up FP or can I call Atlanta SC?

FP notice

I finally got my FP notice last saturday. Scheduled for June24th.
They may have started to issue FP's again.

It says Code3 in it, does anyone know what this means?

Got FP notice today. Scheduled on 06/29. :D
My wife did not get any notice.
Should I be worried about this or is this something common and she'll get it in a day or two. :confused:
 
FP for my son

When we applied for I-485, my son was 13, yesterday we received FPs for me and my husband and my son already 14. I really don't know is it required to have FP for him? May be someone already was in this kind of situation, can you help me – what should be our next step or just do nothing? Thank you.
