FP notice recd on :3rd Dec 2001
FP Date: 14th Dec 2001.
His location : Dallas,Texas
He has recd the FP notice for his children and wife too.

No; just received a green notice which I need to

take along for the FP appoinrment. I read in other postings that the \'Yellow Form\' is given to you when you do your FP and that\'s supposed to be your receipt.
 
Yellow Notice, in my understanding, is...

the INS\'s final inquiry for the employer\'s letter to make sure the company still need the guy (applicant). If the employer says "we don\'t want this guy anymore.", then INS closes the application case stamping a big red \'REFUSED\' stamp on the file cover.

If your I-485 is not through H or L visa, you don\'t need it.
 
No, AVM doesn\'t change; I received my FP Notice but AVM

 continues to say that "this case will normally take 330 to 360 to be approved" or something to that effect.

Checked AVM Today, and it says FP Notice was Mailed on ....... Date !!
 
What meant by Yellow form.

Hi friends,
I got a questions about yellow form. What this form? who will receive it? what are the documents we should carry for finger prints?
Is it neccessary to take letter from employee with us??
