My AP got approved on November 14 (as per AVM) and received it on November 17. I live in Colorado.
 
Got FP Notice, RD 9/14/2001. IL

Hi my RD is SEP 14th 2001. I am from Chicago and I got my FP notice today in Mail. My FP is scheduled for DEC 28th.

my rd is 09/04 and nd is 10/01. cleveland, oh - still waiting for fp notice. i see a lot of denver people receiving fp notices. guys could you let me know if the notice is coming from washington dc or from your local ins. thanks a lot.

I have recd EAD,AP,but no FP notice for me or my husband yet.
Does it make a difference where we stay?We stay in Fremont,California.

FP notice is based on the LOCAL INS workload?

I heard that FP notice is scheduled and issued based on the workload of Local INS offices where the applicants live. Is this true?

If this is true, then FP date can\'t be a valid milestone. No matter how quick your FP is done, NSC has there own workload and the schedule for the \'assignment\' for the final approval.

Can anyone explain the relation between FP date and final Approval date? Thanks

I think you are right. Have you noticed most people with RD of Sept FP received in this thread are in Chicago or Denver. The FP could be based on Local INS spot.

Will it let you know the FP is scheduled or notified?
Or, you never know until the notice was mailed to you or your attorney?
