Quick Question abt EB and I-485

hi everyone
I know from my lawyer and some web sites that EB category has impact only on I-140,and not I-485.Once you are in the I-485 q,it\'s all the same for people in all categories..Is this true,or ...??

How long does it take to get FP notice????? - Not within the next 2 months for sure??
 
NSC slow

saw that people with RDs in July 2001 have started getting FP notices in VSC? Hopefully NSC will start moving soon.
 
Friend received FP notice.

Hi guys,
this will cheer a lot of u up. A friend of mine whose MD is 07/30/01 and RD is 08/02/01 received FP notice. seems like NSC is moving ahead. I am eagerly waiting for mine as my MD is a couple of days after his. He has to get his FP done on December 6th 2001.

My MD was 13th Sep 2001,and RD is 17th Sep 2001.
I recd my and my husband\'s EAD and AP on 14th Nov 2001.
Still waiting for FP.
