For Concurrent filling of I –140 / I-485...in Feb, March , April, May 2005

My case

Hi FastTrackGC and Others,

I need your help/comments on this.

Am using sub labor and filed I140 last month, below is what column 14 and 15 in originol ETA 750 says.

14: College-4yrs
College Degree Required-Bachelor of science or equivalent.
Experience-3 yrs

15: In Lieu of a formerly awarded baccalaureate degree employer will accept computer related cources and seminars in cojuction with three years of computer related work experience substituted for each year of formal acadamical education lacking.

I have 3 yrs degree, one year PG Diploma and four years of experiance when this LC was filled.

How likely my 140 will get denied?
I appriciate your inputs on this.

Or ask your lawyer to send one for you. Commn things that people might not have handy are the birth certificates and experience letters from previuos employers.

90 days. Generaly between 30-60 days

How come my Biometrics is taking so long.. Is that normal?
 
It can take about 2-3 months. You will receive the notice at your home address.

Hi Guys,

Bottom Line is my I140 is approved.
It's really amazing that NSC approved my case in a month or so.

I am shocked for a sec but soon realized the reality.

I will stick around, let me know if you guys have any questions.

Congrats , Its good to see that NSC is approving I-140 so fast. Hope when u apply for I-485 in Oct then you get I-485 approval fast.Best of for I - 485

Just got the I-140 approved email from USCIS. It's 3 months wait for me, pretty good I think!

Just got another email this morning saying my EAD is approved! Hasn't received anything for fingerprints yet, but at least things are moving along!

No EAD/AP or FP yet...

I got my I 140 approval very fast but what I am concerned is I haven’t received my EAD/AP or Finger Prints yet. In this thread most of the guys got those approvals in about one and half months time, so I was just wondering what could be the reason...FastTrackGC, edealfan or anybody any comments/suggestions/thoughts....

curious

im new to this forum as my labor is still not cleared.will take atleast 6 months.

i was just curious to knw more abt later stages I- 140/485/EAD.how things are going on & at wat pace?

1. how will I come to knw which center I will applying the app.
2. I was reading at so many places that people has recd. EAD soon after filing their dox. though they hav not recd. any other approval besides labor certification...Is it true?

Wud appreciate if somebody answers my qs.

I140 Approved. Had a RFE on degree which was replied and got approved. Took about 3 months for 140 to be approved.

Don't worry.. If you haven't received your EAD/AP yet, you will receive it soon.. within a week is my guess.
