FOIPA request, is notarized signature needed?

Why should you worry? Definitely the FOIPA request won't come back in time. Furthermore, the request for entry/exit should go to CBP not USCIS, so you might not get anything in the end :( I wouldn't worry too much. Fill the information to the best of your knowledge in the N-400 and if you want to be completely worried about this you can mention at the interview that you filled it to the best of your knowledge based on information you were able to retrieve.

Thanks Huracan, only reason I'm worrying as Jllag1 mentioned files as being moved during FOIA request and it might impact N-400 processing.

Btw I just faxed to USCIS cancellation request for my FOIA request. I will also call them in the morning to make sure they don't start on my FOIA. My FOIA is showing 6538 pending in 11000 track 2 queue.

Oh, yes, that's true, if they need to work on your A-file for your FOIPA request then it won't be available to go to the local district office for your interview. I hope you can get this thing stopped and doesn't cause you delays.
