which location did u go to for fingerprinting?
Also what reason did u give them for early fingerprinting?
 
Received FP Notice for I-485 RD 01/13/04

Hi All,
I have recieved FP Notice yesterday. I-485 RD 01/13/04, I-140 approved 07/20/04.

It is boston ASC.at 1.00pm

As we can't go on 10/28 is it possible go on saturday (10/30) without calling or anything...i know there are posts here that say that it is valid untill some 80 days after the notice date.(as per the law)

Received FP notice for both myself and wife. Scheduled for 12/09/2004 at Phila ASC.
Any input on early finger printing at Philly ASC is appreciated.

My I-485 ND is 08/25/2003 at VSC
I-140 -> Approved

I have't got FP yet, so I would like to know anybody is there in the same boat with me?

I 485 FP received 10.28.04 for 12.11.04

Question: I only got FP notice for self, wife didn't receive it! Is there a problem or will it arrive later?

How much is processing time after FP to get GC?

how many days it may take to get FP nowadays
actaully VSC is processing very differently
my friend who applied 140/485 in august got EAD/Ap approved , no info on 140 but they got FP this week?

why is like that
i applied in sept 2004, my EAD/AP already approved, my i 140 approved this week only
is that they'll send FP to us now or when?
please she some light gurus?

its very strange i think regarding my friend's case

my I-485 RD is 8/13/03 but no FP Yet. I think we 8/03 guys are most unlucky.

FP done today at boston ASC. Inspite of RedSox "Rollying Rally" everything went smoothly. Actual Appoitnemnt Date 10/28/04. The lady who gives the form to fill your information just said oh you are late . That's all.

Reached ASC 8.00 am
Filled out the form
Went out and had break fast
Came back and got the token (should have gotten the token earlier)
gave FP ( the add was old one even though i received confirmation from USCIS)

Out by 10 am.
 
Early FP Done NYC

Got notice on oct 14th scheduled Nov 27th 2004 tried last week at ASC, Security did not allow at the centre and asked to provide proof of our travel to India during schedule FP. So today we took proof and he said come next week, we were so frustated then he allowed and we did FP.

485 ND 09/22/2003
FP today 10/30/2004

Now our part is done I think beside RFE If it comes through we have done our part.

My wife and I did our FP on Oct 14. Hers were collected, reviewed and her EAD is approved. Mine says On October 21, 2004, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review.</I>
Anyone know if this is common. I heard from someone that Fingerprints results are not reviewed for male applicants as fast as women applicatns. Any opinions?
