I got FP Notice

Hello Friends,

I got FP notice for both me and my wife appontment date 10/30/2004
our EB3 concurrent I485 RD 10/24/03 and ND 10/29/03.
I140 AD 06/09/04

Any body has experience for Early FP at Hartford, CT ? if so can you explain it.

Appreciate your inputs.
 
Last week,I received FP notice for my son scheduled on 11/9/04, but FP notices of myself and my wife is still pending.I am primary applicant filed, I 485 with VSC(ND 01/28/04 & RD 02/04/04).
Can we inquire with service center or keep waiting for our FP notice? I think that this must be common feature as I read quite a few cases like this.
I would appreciate your views on above....

hi,

had my 1st fp at hartford last aug 24, 2004. went on the exact date but 3 hours earlier thinking i can do it ahead of the time... but the staff in charge on the door didnt allow me to wait inside the building either. so i have to wait for my appointment time which is 1pm.. it took me another hour or so to do my actual fp, i saw some technicians fixing some computers, maybe that was the reason why it took that long.. don't know if this time they would allow you to do it ahead of ur appointment date and time...

My wife and I have filed for I-485 (concurrently with I-140) in VSC Sept 9th 2003

EAD, AP and I-140 have all been approved

On Oct 4th 2004, my wife (who is secondary on the applicaiton) got her FP notice for Nov 2004


However, I have not got my FP notice yet (I am the primary)
When contacted my attorner, she asked me to wait for a week to see.

Looking at some of the cases in this forum

1. I might get my notice in the next couple of weeks or
2. I can go along with my wife (even though I dont have a appointment) and take the proper identification and give my FP

And tips will be helpful
 
Charlotte early FP

Anybody had early FP experience in Charlotte recently?
Do they accept early FP there? Any specific day restriction?

Got FP1

Received Finger printing for me and my wife. Scheduled for 10/28/2004 at Hartford CT.

My I-485 ND: 08/28/2003
 
FP1 notice today

I485 ND Mar. 2004. I140 approved in Feb.'04, AP, EAD approved in June'04.
 
Received 1 FP notice 485 RD March 12 2004(EB3).

Guys got my FP1 (both me and my wife) notice yesterday scheduled for 11/20/2004(Saturday) at Newark

i have a scheduled FP in hartford for 10/27/04 ...seems like most places allow early finger printing. am planning on going earlier ..let me know if u did that too.

Yes my I140 was approved on April 28 2004. EB3 Category

I did wrongly specify by RD for I485 as 06/26/2004 it is actually 06/26/2003. ND-07/09/2003

Hey Guys,

I did my FP-1 on 9/28 from Newark.

There has been no Updates eversince..in my status...
Does anyone know, how long does it take for LUD updates?

I checked with the 800 # and they indicated, it may take upto 30 days for updates...is that so?

Pl state your experiences!

My Details are:
I485 RD-7/29/03 - VSC
Ead-2 - RD-June'04..pending for approval..no news as yet
AP-2 - RD -June'04..pending for approval..no news as yet

What is the time frame in the recent past betwen the FP and the approval of-late from VSC?

LUD date has not changed after FP

I my wife have give finger prints on september 7th 2004 my my wife LUD updated but my LUD has not updated could any body let me why it is not changed ???
