My lawyer just faxed me the FP notice.
FP ND - Oct-04-2004
Appointment date (Newark) - Nov-20-2004

Question about FP

My ND for I-485 is 09/03 for a concurrent filling of I-140 (employment based) and I-485 and my I-140 is approved. I live in the state of NH and my application is pending at VSC. I have not yet received the FP notice. Meanwhile, my husband who has a derivative application based on mine but lives in OH has received a FP notice for fingerprinting next week! I fear that my FP notice is lost in mail. Given the responses on this forum, the FP notice may not have been sent yet!

Does anybody know what can be done if indeed the FP notice is lost in mail? My husband's FP notice says that if he does not respond by a certain date, the application is considered abandoned!

My 140/485 was applied at NSC. Since I live in MD, got my FP from NSC. Went to Baltimore Federal Bldng and got my FP done. Anyone know what happens to my case after FBI background check?
 
Got our early FP done.

Just to let you guys know who might me wondering about early FP here is our story. Last week we received FP notice for me and my wife both. Even though appointment date was scheduled for mid November, we decided to go to local ASC office and try for an early FP and we got it without any problem. So Good Luck to all you guys.

MY I140 and I485 has filed in Vermont office me and my wife had given FP1 on Sep 7th 2004 My wife LUD changed but not mine i contacted the FBI office they told me they have already processed the request and send it to californioa office could anybody tell me why they send it to california office instead of vermont office i will appreciate your reply.

I did my FP on Oct 14. I just called FBI and they told my results were sent back on the same day to USCIS. My question is, the online status still shows the LUD and message when my application was first submitted back in Aug. Is that something I should be worried about?
 
FP Received (Attorney's Office) for both myself and spouse. Scheduled on 10/28/2004.

I-485 ND 10/02/2003. Semi Concurrent
I-140 AD 06/07/2004
 
My wife's FP were received and processing has resumed (Oct 21) whereas mine says that FP were received and are pending further review (Oct 21). Hopefully my status will be updated soon.

Me and my wife did FP at Boston ASC on 10/19

Today I received e-mails FP received on 10/21 and processing resumed for both our cases.

Does this mean Name check is done or Name check is something different ?
