My FP was done on 1/06/05. Yesterday, 1/12, both my wife's and my online status message changed to:
On January 12, 2005, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

Mine is RD 08/09/04. My lawyer also said the same thing to me.
So, I think nothing to worry.
Where do you live? Do you live outside of CA? I heard that sending FP notices is based on the place where you live and how busy that USCIS office is in your area.
FYI, I live in MD.
Hi, I'm also in the same boat. My RD is 08/09/04. My lawyer told me the same thing and then upon my request he sent an inquiry to USCIS and he got the following response from USCIS.
"Leave sufficient time for proper processing and adjudication. We will review for fingerprints at that time."
I'm hoping for the best.

One more step done. On 1/25, my LUD changed and is now... I am again in the waiting mode.
On January 25, 2005, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

I have received FP notice for myself with appointment date of 03/19. Weird
thing is my wife also received another FP notice. She received her first FP notice earlier this month and completed her Finger Printing last week. Any suggestions what we should do with her second FP notice ? Thanks

What worries us a little bit, though, is that our case was transferred to Hartford local office right after we got our 140 approved, which makes me worried if this transfer will cause any problem or delay in FP. Any thought?

Its better to go for the second FP instead of ignoring it. Tell the officer that your wife has already completed the FP for the same Receipt/A#. Probably he/she won't let your wife to do FP again. If so, get his name, contact information and any sort of proof. In case any problem arises because of not doing the second FP, you can show a proof.
