i had sent a fax got no reply, but the fax number was some other i found in my search.

i think believe your attorney, anyway our cases are not overdue yet!

I found out the reason for not getting the FP appointment in my case was that USCIS did not receive the check (FP fee) from the attorney or at least that is what they claim.
They sent a RFE on I-485 about it.
 
I called USCIS fingerprint number 1-800-375-5283
The cust service rep told me only TX has pilot program. I am in the regular program.
She also said I did not apply locally but she can't explain what is defined as "Locally". I guess it means I applied where my company's HQ is but I live somewhere else.

I asked her what I could have done back then to be able to get into the pilot program, she repeated several times, "You are already in the regular program, there is nothing you can do to change it." :mad:

I think it's useless to call or fax them since they believe only Texas has it...

Whats wrong in that? If you are lucky, you can do early finger printing. You may save some time. Your approval may come early.
 
WAC05045xxxxx - 485/AP/EAD RD 12/1/04, ND 12/6/04, FP ND 12/15 - spouse, 12/16 - self, scheduled for 12/30 and 1/06/05 respectively. CSC EB1-3 non-concurrent. AP/EAD pending.

We have different FP dates because we have different addresses, and thus the FP appointments are at different ASCs.

On January 5, 2005, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review.
 
a naive question

I have seen the word "LUD" so many time in this board. May I ask what it respresent for? Where I can find the LUD information? thanks and good luck for the new year.
 
LUD just means Last Updated Date. Most of the time when the LUD changes, then online status message for the case will also change.

Last Updated Date is one of the columns they show for your case if you create an account at the https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp web page to see the status of all your cases together.

Question 1. Did anybody ever try to get fingerprint notice using the above procedure?

The above information is different from the message I got from my attorney-
"You cannot inquire about fingerprint notices until the case is considered overdue based on the current JIT report." Question 2: I guess my attorney is saying if I still do not get FP notice by the time CSC start giving people who filed 485 the same time I filed green card, I can file an inquiry for my FP. Is that right?

No FP Notice Yet

My RD for 485 is 07/02/04 (concurrent filing). Still no FP notice. LUD 10/27 and 12/15 on 485, but still not FP. Anybody in similar situation? Should I be concerned?
