First finger print notice received.

Hi,

I received my first finger print notice yesterday (04/08/04).

My I-485 RD -- June 16 2003.

No change in online status..

Hope this helps..

I received this notice from Texas service center. I live in the region belong to TSC..but my I-485 filed with NSC.
Any one has any idea why I got from TSC ..and Is this normal?

No 1st FP yet

RD/ND Aug 19th 2003/Aug20th 2003

Still not received FP yet. Looks like will have wait for atleast 2 -3 months
 
RD I-485 - 08-20-2003. ND - 09--4-2003.

Not yet received FP. I would not worry though it takes some time. It will avaides 2nd FP. :)

I heard that you can go and get the FP done before the appt date. Is that true?

Got FP notice for April 27, 2004 from oakland, CA. It looks like they start issuing FP notices for who filed in May, June 2003.

My attorney received my first finger print notice! Don't I receive the FP notice too ?

My I-485 RD -- June 12 2003.

No change in online status..

do we find any message in online status regarding FP notice?
 
received 1st FP for appointment on 04/23/2004.
ND 02/17/2004. EAD/AP approved already. EB3 Concurrent.

My I-485 receipt date is June 10, 2003. I am still waiting on finger printing. Any idea how long it is taking ? Should i contact my lawyer. ?

In the first week of April. The notice was generated on April 1st and scheduled for 22nd April, so three weeks gap.

Hopefully , if our calculations are not wrong, we should be able to get them around first week ending and second start. Man I just can't take this pressure from INS and employer. I still have't recieved my paycheck this month. patiently waiting not to do any hazzle pazzle dude. Just tired of feeling like a slave.

Hoping that you are right..I am thinking it could be some time in May..Putting on hold some things like change of address bcos of this wait.

why are you putting your move on hold?
your lawyer will be the one who will be notified by BCIS.
you can change your address with BCIS after you receive
your FP notification.

that's just a thought.

I read somewhere that the fingerprint notices will be mailed to us as well as the lawyer.

So do not want to have any issues with delayed/missing info from lawyer's office.So looking to change the address once FP is done.
