Received FP notice my ND is 11/07/03

Y'day we received our 1st finger printing notice for my self and my wife....

our ND is 11/7/03...

My AOS is files at NSC but the FP notice came from LAgnuna Niguel office (CSC) is this unusuanl???

Received FP notices today in mail for me and my wife.Scheduled for May 11th.

I live in Vermont service center region and my 485(RD July 15,2003) is filed with Nebraska service center.The FP notice came from VT service center.

Received FP notice, living in Vermont region so received from Vermont CIS center. But I'm still waiting for my I140 approval.
My RD is Sep 24,2003.


FP notice from Vermont Center, does it mean that my I1485 case has transferred from NSC to Vermont ?

Any comments appreciated.

Question: I will be in India when me and my family scheduled for the FP. I am going for rescheduling it to May 22, 2004. Does it delays I-485 Processing? How substantial taht will be?

recived my FP today for 5/12/2004 appointment at Newark.
Looks like this came very fast??
No news on 140/AP/EAD.

I am asked to come at 8.00 am. Since I have an appointment,What is the process. Hope I dont have to go and wait in the queue (as I heard) in the early hours.
Does any one have any experience..

I don't know Minn, But I am seriously waiting everyday for atleast FP notices. I saw some people filled august september got the FP's . I am july ,I am starting to worry little bit.

There is no definite pattern yet but going thru the last few posts make me feel that people who live in other service centers but filed with Nebraska are getting FP notices sooner.

I could be wrong though..no way to tell how these FP notices are generated.

Can have a better idea if guys who live in NE region post their details too.

As per the current CIS processing method, 1st FP is nothing to do with early approval of I485. You could read so many postings on this immigration portal site, people whoever received first FP immediately after filing I485/I140 are still continuing their FP 2...FP 3..

FP Notice Exntension ,,

I filed my case from NSC and currently I am living in VSC.. I got my FP Notice for dates May 19 for me, May 18 for my wife, I-1485 ND Aug 28..

I am thinking of going for my fingerprinting appointment, but for my wife, I want to apply for extension as she just recently went to India. She will be back in july..

In the FP Notice form, it says, in case one wants to file for extension, I can choose next available wednesday or saturday afternoon.. My question, is will it be 1-2 weeks or 1-2 months extension possible ?
