Just a quick question. what does ur online status saying,still the old message or some thing like fp sent or something. Let me know

just the same message..its taking between 500 to xxx days for processing the application.

not sure if you guys know but BCIS has changed the case status information. you can get a notification by email everytime there's any activity on your case.

check it out.

No change in the online message.

Online message change when FP is issued?

Looks like there's a flood of FP notices in this week. My I-140(RD:8/26/03) has just been approved after RFE response. I filed I-485 in Nov, 2003. So far I-485 online message has not changed.

If a FP notice is issued, is the I-485 online message changed?

I moved in the same city two months ago. I called CIS and also wrote to NSC director to inform the address change. But I don't know if they have updated my address in the system.
 
Wife and I received finger print notice today scheduled for May 7, 2004.

I-485 Received Date (RD) 07/03/2003
I-485 Notice Date (ND) 07/08/2003

My I-485 ND is 06/30/03 at NSC, so far still no 1st FP.

Anybody else in similar situation?

Hey Dude,
I am in the same boat as u r . I guess we are little unfortunate at this moment. I guess we just have to elevate our patience and wait for the moment. My I-485 recieved date is july 16th and notice date is july 21 2003. Let see what happens

Received 1st FP notice yesterday

Just received 1st FP notice yesterday (ND/RD Aug 19th 2003/ Aug 20th 2003)
The date given is between June 8th and June 15th

Sorry to hear that. I am wondering why even FP notice NSC treats differently???

Please keep me informed if you receive FP notice, in return I will let you know as soon as I get mine.

My friend's I-485/EB2 ND was May 28, 03, still wait for 1st FP. My was EB1. It looks like some EB3 guys got FP first.
 
mine is EB3

Mine is EB3.

One of my coworker received his two weeks ago, and his ND is mid of June 03.

The same here. I am EB1. I-485 ND 10/24/03, still no 1st FP.

I heard that it depends on the schedule of your local office. I am in Ohio.

Got first FP notice

Hey satula & Minn,

Finally Me and my wife also got the FP notices today. Interview is scheduled for 5/12/04.

I-485 recieved date ----------->7-16-03
I-485 notice date ----------->7-21-03

FP recieved 04/20/04 scheduled 5/12/04.

Now thinking of calling and going earlier than scheduled .

well now I catch up with you guys too. Thanks for the support freinds.

1st FP notice was received yesterday (April 20, 2004), and FP is scheduled on May 11, 2004 in Detroit, MI.

Hope you will get yours soon.
