Waiting for first FP

EB2 Concurrent filing (I-140/485/EAD/AP) - NSC
ND: 04/2003

I saw on portal, our friends even they filed on 07/2003,08/2003, they are receiving FP. But, I am still waiting for first FP.


Do you have any idea, When can I expect FP?
How can I check online status?
How NSC will process times for FP?

Please share your experiences with me.

after you received FP, did you check online status of your I-485 does it say "Finger Print Notice was issued on date/month/year" etc??

would be helpful if you could tell me if online status gets updated once Finger Print is issued.
 
No Change on the online message regarding issuing of FP ..it shows the same old message...your application received on........

Will my attorney also get a copy of Finger Print Notice

I got my FP notice in the mail. I haven't heard anything from my attorney so I guess that they must have not received a copy of the notice. I know in the past the attorney had contacted my fellow colleagues to inform them of their FP schedule date and time.

I spoke to attorney last week. he said he will also recieve a copy of it. But I have't heard from my lawyer yet. But I recieved my copy. But he told me firmly that me and attorney both will recieve the fp notices usually

I485 RD 07/10/03 (NSC)

First FP ND - 04/14/04
Applied for renewal of AP and EAD recently and status is pending
 
I received 1-st FP 4/12/04 for 5/20 in San Antonio, TX.
Anyone know how long NSC will receive response from FBI.

By the way, attorney does receive the copy of FP notice.

FP Question

Got a FP notice -- to be fingerprinted on MAY 25,2004 at Milwaukee. But currently iam in Los angeles for a short term project..

Can i fingerprint at the local office in LOS ANEGELS ??? INS Fingerprint Office ?
 
FP - Dallas but wanting to get done earlier

I have FP at INS Dallas on May 25,2004. I would be in Minneapolis working for the next few months. Can I go to INS -STpaul and get it done there instead?
- Or can go to INS Dallas earlier and get the FP done?

I am not so sure about it, but the letter of FP notice is clear. It states that you have to show-up at the given local and time. If cannot attend this notice, you have to complete a form to re-schedule another avaliable date. I won't change anything. Everything that you change is a reson for delay. However, I wish you a good luck in your decission.

FP done Yesterday

Me and my wife have done our Finger prints yesteday . It was smoot . So lets wait for the next step
