Nov 3rd is the date. I hope this is not followed by another letter that cancels the interview.
I cannot tell you how happy i am..

I did not get 2nd FP yet so I guess mine is still not complete.

Congrats! It's almost over! No more uncertainty for you.
I had my 2nd FP done on 09/06, but still no IL. And my NC has completed on 05/29! They had all the summer to schedule an interview... I'm starting to think that either:

1. Philly DO is FUBAR ;)
2. When FBI says NC is completed, it's still not exactly true, maybe they are still running some checks afterall...
3. Both of the above.
