i m us citizen & applied i-130 for my sis under 15 and my parents.... what is best way that she can come with my parents??? i got approval notice from uscis for my parents but not for my sis.... is any other option that she can come with my parets???? can she come with my parents cos she is under 16??? i applied i-130 separet from my parents...what should i have to do?? ples let me know

Your parents apply for employment-based sponsorship.

No. There is no derivative category for Immediate Relatives.

The bad news is, both will take a lot of time and one may even age out.
