Feb 2002 Tracker II ( EB2\'s in particular)

hopefully soon...

Mine is EB2 (Master\'s), about the same time as yours.

From the posting here, I gather we are very close and I am hoping to hear something by the end of this months...

Checking AVM?

Hey, I was just curious if all of you guys have enough details to check AVM and if you are doing it.. because if overall processing times are so short around 40-60 days there may not be any thing attributable to EB2 Vs EB3..Just a thought :)

Me too

RD 02/12
ND 02/20
EB2(BS+5)

Got an RFE on 03/21 for a missing document... Labor Approval
replied to RFE on 04/03

WOW !

Rfellow, we do check the AVM once a week and if the number was not that busy maybe my frequency would have been hourly :)
I checked the AVM yesterday and it said the same message : it takes 150 .........

another EB2 approval posted by jiang as a separate thread

To Blade Runner:
I heard the message as soon as after pressing EAC number:

Anyone with RD 02/04 still waiting

This is a labor substitute case

Concerned, AVM still says the same message : 150 to 240 days

Congratulations, Anamica.
Thank you for posting your approval message which
is really encouraging. My case is very, very similar to yours
except the ND is two dates later.

Good luck on next step and all steps for getting GC.
