Mine is very close to you, actually one day earlier, but EB2 (NIW) instead. Seems EB3 is faster than EB2.

 Just Now I spoke to IIO and they told that case is in pending and takes about a month to 2 months for processing. The decision has not been made and there was no RFE at this time.

  Category : EB2( BS + 5 )

i can\'t get thru - do you mean 1-2 months more time?

\'cause yours is already more than 2 months as is mine with ND 3/6/02

and there are EB2 with RD 3/24/02 being approved ???

This shows that vermont may not process 140\'s in sequence, as u got approved after many other March EB2 cases got approved.

150 - 240 days

AVM says 150 - 240 days for such type of cases
Is this message only for EB2
or is everybody hearing the same message

I hear same message with a exception "since initial process in this
case is completed" it will take 240 days to process this kind of case.

This messsage after RFE reply is updated in AVM.
 
Tungsten: same message as for everybody EB2 or EB3

as I read from previous postings...hopefully we will get ours soon!!
