delayed I-140

Hi Guys ,
I too checked twice last week AVM says "currently taking 150 to 240 days to process such application ".I don\'t know could this be related to damm 245(I) applicants .

Congratulations ANK_99... what\'s the next step ? AOS/ CP??

Can you give some pointers for your decision (AOS/CP) i.e. if they are not personal reasons?
 
Taking risk is no problem, I am desperate and a gambler but.....

Consider these facts

1) PDs might retrogress in October or so,
2) CP process has been lengthened for India (St Louis-> NVC thing for P3),
3) Very few, if at all, have gotten their interview dates in New Delhi Consulate (I am not sure about other Consulates) so far in this new process,

Does is it still make sense to try for CP !?!?!?
