I haven\'t seen any EB2 approvals in Feb tracker.
Only EB3 approvals are posted here

Anybody any idea will EB3 & EB2 cases process separately for same RD & ND ???

Any Feb ND EB2 approvals???? Please update your approvals here..

Anamica, I believe in VSC EB2 and EB3 cases are processed separately. Generally EB2 cases are processed late when compared to EB3.

Can somebody please post what was the last EAC#, RD/ND of EB2 case processed/approved

this is what i have from previous postings (can\'t remember who)

EB2
RD 1/24/02
AD 3/18/02

don\'t know EAC#, but should be something like EAC - 02 - 09X- 5XXXX to EAC - 02 - 10X - 5XXXX

hope this helps - note this is quite consistent with the latest VSC processing time @ 1/31/02
 
Its confusing!

If you lokk instrack.sce.net, thers is one EB2 with ND 2/20/02 has rfe dated 03/21/02. So does it mean they are processing EB2 around that?
Its already been damn late, Praying for approval soon!

Anybody EB2 please keep posting
