not much difference if you do early FP.. sjc allows it, but rarely helps.. its more psychlogical. better to stick to schedule unless you have some emergency..

Hi all ,
I heard on AVM about my approval .
Details are as follows
WAC-01-270-xxxxxx
EB2 - India
FP done : 1/10/2002
AVM Change ... Process Resumed : 1/18/2002
I-485 Approved on 3/4/2002

From my experience once the FP is done and process resumed then any other information like category , RD, ND etc does not matter.
This forum was very helpful to keep track of things .

checks not yet cashed, no receipt notice yet.

do u guys have any idea, how long does it take to issue Finger print notice in California center(i live in chicago).

i applied EAD for my wife too. She has master degree in arts, will it be a problem? appreciate your help guys

Hi Guys
I spent some time and compiled the data that is avilable on the site regarding Feb 485 filers.
The cut paste is getting garbled ...but never the less i have pasted it below.I have also attached a word document..i dont know if it will accept the file / editing..so if you guys have the data please fill in the blanks if it lets you edit and save .If not i will wait for everybody to post the data and then edit the file in about a month.
