i think we have 3 people here who filed on 11 and recd by INS on 12

I think we should get our recipt copies anytime this week.
but i saw that my checks have not been encashed yet...so it may go into next week.
 
Feb. 15 mailed with old fees.

Mailed Feb. 15th with old application fees by express mail. I think INS got my mail Feb 19th. Do you think it is a kind of problem? Anyway, good luck all of you. EB2, San Jose.
 
Checks encashed

I just checked with my bank and the checks have been encashed. Hope to receive the Receipt Notice too.

Jlever..i wonder how this works..i filed the same dates as you ..but checks not encashed yet

We should compare our ND after we get the recipts.

Not that it matters but just to analize the ways of the INS....
some time pass....
 
Re: Old Fee

Hi,
I mailed on Feb 15th too by expressmail and was received by INS on Feb19th. I called my lawyer about the fee and he said that they determine the fee based on the mailing date not the receipt date. I hope he\'s true.
