Recd wife\'s Card on 3/22. POE Newark 2/24.

Recd. 2nd set of welcome letters for both . Do all get 2 copies????
Waiting for my card.

Hi Guys,

Is there any difference (I mean visa category etc.) in the details printed on the plastic cards for the main applicant and the spouse.

Received my card in 10 business days as well!

POE - JFK
DOE - March 12
Interview was on Feb 27th.
I just received my card and welcome letter together, yesterday!

DOE Minneapolis 3/4/02 - No Card Yet

Should I be concerned ? Or it is not too late to start calling anywhere (don\'t know where one would call in such a case).
Anyone with MN experience recently ?

Got my card 3 Weeks back.. But waiting for Spouse card...

DOE: 19th Feb, 2002
POE: IAD, Washington Dulles

Got my card on 2nd March. But still waiting for Spouse Card.
Wondering why the delay when both of us got our I-551 stamp the same time at the airport. Anybody in similar boat ?

Received Plastic Card on 3/28/02.POE: Detroit on 3/4/02

Received plastic card on 3/28, it took 24 days..

I received welcome letter today (3/30).....I got three of them in three seperate mail!!!!

Card received on 03/30 ..POE JFK on 03/17 ..ten business days ,

Received cards on 03/30 for all three applicant ( My wife, kid and myself ) ...Same time welcome notices too for all three...

Received cards for self and spounse on the same day, in 10 business days. POE is Chicago and DOE was 03/17/02. Many thanks to the forum.

Always carry your cards...

I haven\'t been to my primary residence in about a month and so haven\'t checked my mailbox. Will get my cards.

I also heard on the news that INS arrested about 25 people at San Fran, LA and San Jose airports. Some of those were people with Green Card status but not actually carrying the card.

So I think those days of true freedom are gone. You need to bear your immigrant identity.
 
POE 3/4 Minneapolis, Recd. Cards and welcome letter on 3/30

for my spouse and myself.
A question about A# - there was a number on the alien registration form that consulate gave us which was submitted to INS at time of entry, and there was also another number with IV-XXXXXXXX. The INS person wrote the XXXXXXXX number on the passport along with the stamp and not the AYYYYYYY number, while the plastic card shows the YYYYYYY as A#. Anything needs to be done since both are different ?

POE Newark 2/24. Wifes card recd 3/22. Waiting for my card.

I have recd. 4 welcome letters so far and no card. My wife recd. 2nd welcome letter after she got the card.
Anyone else POE Newark waiting for card for more than 1 1/2 months?
