Eoir 42b visa availability for FY 2019

Good morning All,

My wife was granted 7/22…. I know there is only 4000 available visas… that being said does anyone know if she will be able to get a visa in the coming months or she will have to wait until the next calendar year…. I have noticed that some 22 visas have been granted…. Court was in Chicago.

I belive you and me (10/22) will get an approval next calendar year after OCT 2026 any time.

They have approved some from 20/22, but there are some from 20/21 still pending.

The judge told me 6 months and in April I will have been 4 years old and I still haven't received my granted letter.
