In the past, there have been approvals in May and also August. I think all the visa numbers have been released by the Dept of State, but they have not been adjudicated and thus approvals will continue to be sent out. There’s still chance.

Today I spoke with court supervisor she told me visa number is not Available.

Did they told when next timeslot or wait for next year? I believe they will release more visa in May or June.

Go online and type 42b case tracker and then put your “A” number and nationality and then you will see your case info.

For those members of this forum who currently are not part of the Facebook group Cancelation of Removal: The below information was posted by someone who filed a FOIA request with EOIR, which replied to the inquiry within 3 months. The current visa processing date is January 31, 2022. The table shows the amount of Grants (including in court verbal approvals). It gives us a better idea of how many grants per fiscal year.
My dad’s verbal was in Boston June 2023.

Definitely 4 years for 2021 and 2022.
