For those members of this forum who currently are not part of the Facebook group Cancelation of Removal: The below information was posted by someone who filed a FOIA request with EOIR, which replied to the inquiry within 3 months. The current visa processing date is January 31, 2022. The table shows the amount of Grants (including in court verbal approvals). It gives us a better idea of how many grants per fiscal year.
My dad’s verbal was in Boston June 2023.

Hi everyone, I asked once and was only one but I want to ask anyone else that got verbal approval on eoir42B and applied for advance parole? It takes years to get green card , and I think advance parole will gives us a chance to meet our parents !
Please, let me know if anyone has done it!

Know someone who was trying to do this, and this is what their attorney said: “In the current political climate, it is not advised to obtain an advance parole after the judge verbally grants the 42b application as re-entry to the country is not guaranteed”. This does not answer your question, but maybe something to keep in mind.
