I explained to my lawyer all the approvals we seeing this group, My lawyer forcing me to file i130.Because my daughter turn 21 last month and she need 15k for both.I spoke with court employee last week she told me visa number is not available this point.I don’t know how system works. My Final hearing was 5/2022 NY

Congrats to everyone who got granted! I have a question! Just got verbally approved on dec 16, 2025 ! Eoir 42B and they told me the wait is 2-6 years! Any one who applied for advance parole from you guys during the wait time for green card ? Is it something that we can do to visit old parents that we haven't seen in decades ? Any answers are appreciated, thank you everyone !
