Congrats to everyone who got granted! I have a question! Just got verbally approved on dec 16, 2025 ! Eoir 42B and they told me the wait is 2-6 years! Any one who applied for advance parole from you guys during the wait time for green card ? Is it something that we can do to visit old parents that we haven't seen in decades ? Any answers are appreciated, thank you everyone !

My sister is going through a lot medical problems including cancer, just last week I sent my lawyers an email explaining everything and He said there is nothing we can do r to expedite or to get a parole to travel, we’re from 2022 and he just told me to wait

Congratulations and welcome to this forum! This is not a legal advise.
Something that we need to remind ourselves is that a 42b case is a 'cancellation of removal', meaning, you are in removal proceeding (and almost all of us - except the ones recently approved). A verbal approval doesn't mean much to anyone else (except to us) until we get the paper in hand.
Be careful and play safe
. Double/triple check everything that any attorney tell you. I'm sorry to hear about your family challenges. Hopefully everything will workout on your behalf.

Like Rocky said, this is not legal advice. The short answer is no. If you leave the US you will be automatically deported. Remeber that Verbally granted is just the tearm WE use, the truth is that the decision is deffered until a visa is granted. So until you have the paper in hand you are still in removal proceedings and you have no benefit other than a working permit and thats mainly so you are not a burden to society and you can pay taxes.
