I know!!!!! My attorney reached out to the court and they confirmed they have my visa number. They are only waiting for the judge to sign. Have your attorney reach out. I know it's the holiday season and we might not be able to get it this year but worth a try.I feel like we are the only ones from 5/2021 left here((

I don't think any of us will.. don't worry Jan 5th isn't far.. as long as we get it in 15 days I'll be okay..Just called my judges clerk and she’s out of the office from December 20th - January 5th.
So I don’t think I’ll see anything before that

The clerks are pretty nice. I called last year and she informed me of my judge being changed. She even gave me the info for the other judge. I sincerely believe to have your lawyer call because sometimes they see each other often at the court and can give more precise information to them.

Lawyer did email her and got email back. I never called them before. Today called 1st time and went to her voice mail. She said in voice mail that she’s out of the office from December 20th to January 5th.
