Eoir 42b visa availability for FY 2019

I was checking my husband’s status on the EIOR site and it states he has an Individual hearing on the 23rd. We had a verbal approval 1/16/2020. Of course, I see it after the attorney’s office closed
Anyone have any insight?

Yes, I am so over this! Dealing with immigration 20 years this year. Called my husband’s attorney and the paralegal confirmed yes we do have court that he has to go to and she would call later to explain with the attorney. I am so frustrated, upset, and worried. His verbal approval was 1/16/2020, now I worry if something went wrong between then and now!

Man this sucks, you wait all this time. Then they pull this bs. Wishing you the best. Hopefully you get good news from lawyer.

For sure! Yeah I honestly didn’t think I’d be approved especially since my lawyer told me that the wait was 3-4 years and being that a lot of 2019 cases are still pending I thought I was gonna be on the next fiscal year
