1st you need your son all medical records,school IEP paperwork,from neurologist letter and you should proof for his headship if you remove from this country.is better you take any good attorney.
To apply for 42b you have to be in removal proceedings. Otherwise you can’t apply.

Me and my wife got GRANTED notice today !!! OMG Finally!!!Waiting since Oct 7th 2019 from Stamford,CT
