I am a bit confused. You stated you received your written approval on May 13th 2022. But please, when was your verbal approval by the judge? That might help us understand better the current waiting time.

I wish it was 2-3 years. Now it’s 3+ years (
People from end of 2019 still haven’t receive approvals yet.

In the next months to come visas will cover all 2019 / to some 2021 yours should be coming up soon that’s my point of view

At least we are not on removal anymore like we used to that was painful in my personal life!

No. He was undocumented didn't even have an ID all he had was a birth certificate from his country of origin. We were told that he couldn't be released without documents and since his case differed because he was detained. Man left the detention center one day had his infopass the next day and in less than 2 weeks he had his GC. I know about his case because I helped his wife out with everything.

They’re never helpful
Even if you call the court, they never give out any information
