Eoir 42b visa availability for FY 2019

Not for the transfer of the case. This is what I received.

Thank you for your inquiry dated March 04, 2025.

You have been granted Lawful Permanent Resident status or Asylum status, and that administrative decision from the Immigration Judge or from the Board of Immigration Appeals was final on February 14, 2025. Please allow 45 days from the date of your final administrative decision, in order for USCIS to produce and mail your Permanent Resident Card or Documentation of Asylum (Form I-94, Arrival/Departure Record). If 45 days have passed and you have not received any document or communication from USCIS, you may call the USCIS Contact Center at 800-375-5283 (TTY 800-767-1833).

If you haven’t done so already, visit myaccount.uscis.gov to sign up for a USCIS online account where you can explore filing online, send us secure messages through your account inbox and get instant updates on the status of your case. If you have any other questions, please visit the USCIS Contact Center, where you can access our online tools 24/7.

If you move, you must update your address in the USCIS online account within 10 days, or you can download Form AR-11, Alien’s Change of Address Card at uscis.gov/addresschange to submit a paper copy.
It looks like you’re getting your GC without any infopass.

What about you?
We both filed 42b application separately, verbally approved on same day and both granted on February 24 2025. I received my grant letter and GC last week but my wife’s grant letter not received yet by my lawyer. I called uscis for info pass for her and received same email saying allow 45 days to produce GC.

I saw someone else got the same thing earlier. What kind of email did you get?
The New Jersey Field Office will contact you concerning your case once they have reviewed your request. Please allow the USCIS office 30 calendar days to respond to your request.

If you do not receive any notification from the Field Office within 30 calendar days or need more assistance with your case, you can send USCIS Contact Center a secure message from your USCIS online account inbox located under the MyAccount menu.
