Hey guys!!
I want to share some great news with you all—my application has finally been granted! Here’s my timeline:
  • 1st Master Hearing: November 2019
  • 2nd Master Hearing: March 2021
  • Individual Hearing & Oral Decision Granted: November 9, 2021
  • Final Grant: March 25

This was in Baltimore. I know waiting can be tough, but stay strong—good news will come your way too!View attachment 6271
Congratulations!!!

Guys, someone told me not to travel this year when I get my green card. They said one person got deported at the airport with their family and they had a similar case as mine. CBP asked them questions in regards to their story when they initially filed back in 15 years ago and a few facts weren't matching. I don't know whether I should travel or not. Any thoughts?

Linco34 I got my GC and I'm not sure if I going to travel everything is very hot right now. This administration is very bad we wait so many years and now we fear to travel. I will travel only in a emergency my attorney said not a problem to travel. Actually my attorney and I will go out for a dinner and we will talk about this and let you guys know.

As long as if we don’t have any criminal history and don’t have any pending problems with the law it should be ok to travel for short period of time, maybe for 10-15 days.
I’m planning to travel this summer overseas hopefully for 2 weeks.

She got it finally. Hers was so fast. After approval no info pass, just 2 weeks and she got it.
Mine is still pending.
Congratulations to her. Who was the primary in the application. And who was the Raider. Because in my case I was the primary my wife the raider. But we both got the same time thank God.

Yeah that's what I was planning to do. I am clear but it's just fear mongering. Everyone's so afraid. They are deporting people who are legal like this girl in MA who was on student visa.

Let us know Rosend. I'll also reach out to mine once they send mine (don't know what's happening). It's so frustrating honestly. I think people who has the SRC receipt has to wait compare to others. Marich what does your receipt number start with?

Yes that’s what how I am planning to just go visit for 2 weeks and come back. As you said if you’re clean with the record as of now, shouldn’t be a problem.

Sure, did you received email about your case transferred to field office?
Not for the transfer of the case. This is what I received.

Thank you for your inquiry dated March 04, 2025.
