Hi Not yet, The appeal due date passed and 45 days too, I have requested infopass and they called me last week, now waiting for local field office going to email/ call me, hope I will hear from them soon.

I am the same as you, this morning they gave me the Infopass appointment for next week. This afternoon they sent me an email saying that they forwarded it to the local office and that they will contact me by email/call. Do you know what that means? Do I still have to go to the Infopass appointment or do I have to wait for their call or email? I'm lost.

That really sucks! I saw someone in this forum who got the green card even before the appeal date.

Congratulations to you and wish you safe travels. When did you get final approval from judge if you don’t mind sharing. I am next and few minutes ago I just got email from USCIS and I logged in and my work permit just got approved. I applied for renewal November 7th so four months but I want my GC so I can be free too. I pray I’m next to testify here

Hi Raj, I called and those guys called me back saying that my appeal is still pending. When did you call them? Also, try to request the infopass online. Let them know that you have to go to your country urgently, sometimes they end up stamping the passports.
