I called to schedule my Infopass appointment and the secretary told me that an officer would contact me by email or phone call within 30 business days.

Personally I can say that he is good! Because he granted my case. But let me tell you that I never had a formal interview with the judge, he never said anything to us directly. The prosecutor said that he did not oppose our case and after that the judge sent an email to my lawyer saying that it was not necessary to go to our final court that he had already granted my case. But here I leave you a list that shows how the judges are, how many cases they have done, how many they have granted and how many they have denied. This judge according to this list from 2019 to 2024 has done 361 cases of which he has given relief “granted” 54% and has denied 44% so in my opinion he is not such a bad judge. Because there are some judges who deny almost all cases.
