Eoir 42b visa availability for FY 2019

My 30 days BIA expired today
thank God
I called USCIS yesterday and told them I have the IJ granted letter
they said they will contact me to schedule my info pass this coming week or mail to me the residence card!

Hi one question when you get the verbal approval mine was 2018 and I got the letter on march 2021 with one count the verbal
Or when you get the letter from the judge because o am still waiting since March 2021 to get my green card

Did you call for your infopass. After you get granted you are supposed call for your infopass they will give you a appointment and check your background and ask questions if you got arrested during your waiting time if you are clean they will mail you GC they said about 6 months but most of the time you will receive 2 to 4 weeks

Hi yes i did and the tell me to wait for my green card and i when there couple times and one time they stamp my passport and 5 minutes later they cancel the stamp thy tell me to wait for my green card

You probably need to call them to know more about your case. I think that’s a long time to wait for your physical card. If everything is ok, you should have received it in 2-4 weeks after the 45days have lapsed since receiving the grant.

I'll explain to you my last court was on December 2, 2021 that day I had a berval approval but since there are no residencies available they put me in a waiting line like everyone else here until they have one available for me the judge will send a letter they are taking like 3 years 6 months to send the letter when you receive the letter you wait 45 days to request your residency and it takes 2 to 4 weeks to arrive my case is called removal of deportation 42B

Ah ok so there is something wrong with mine because i was aprove on on 12/5 2018 and then on march 2021 got the letter i when to emigration couple times and nothing yet
