Eoir 42b visa availability for FY 2019

Hey friend, good morning. You need check with your lawyer. Because before 2019 the wait was shorter and no more than 1 year. I have friends who waited 8 months after being verbally approved. If you have not committed any crime during your wait, seek a lawyer to see your case.
Yeah I agree. My husband didn’t wait that long from verbal approval to receiving his granted letter. Also, after infopass, he received his card in less than 2weeks.

Good morning, everyone. I'd like to hear your thoughts on Trump's approach to mass deportation. How do you think it might impact individuals who have received verbal approval but are still awaiting their visas? It seems quite challenging to consider sending people back when they've been in the process for over three years. Or the judge's verbal approval doesn't mean anything

Good morning. I asked my lawyer last week, he saying if the INA changed then we can have hard time. We just need to wait and see what’s gonna happen after the new administration takes over.

Good morning! I spoke to my lawyer about this and what she told me is that people in our position (waiting for the green card to be available) will not be affected because they already have a favorable decision from a judge.

Yeah I agree with everyone else. We already pledged our case in front of the IJ and they approved us for a reason. We should be ok.
