Eoir 42b visa availability for FY 2019

Hello everyone. Here is my last posting. I went to my infopass appoitment on the 6th and they told me they couldn't help me since my card had already been mail out on the 5th. I actually received it yesterday on the 8th. It came priority mail. I want to thank everyone on this forum for their support and words of hope. I hope everyone get theirs soon. I seriously feel there is something to do with the East Coast. Most of the people got theirs from 2019 and beginning of 2020 from west coast. I wish the court should start mentioning processing times somewhere like uscis has it on their website. It’s so frustrating to not know when will ours come. We are either dependent on Facebook or this forum. There are people who don’t even know this forum exist.

Sorry I am just trying to take out my frustration as my grandma is really sick….

You're right, when I mentioned this to my lawyer, she said please get off from that forum the don't even know what are they talking about just because I keep asking her to email the court administrator and find out about where is my name on the line.
 
Hey guys so Just wanted to update how my info pass went. The officer said “I don’t know why attorneys keep telling everyone to come over here, I have to request your files from the court” he did not stamp my passport nor take my passport pictures. I asked him 3 times for proof and he said that’s not how it works anymore he had me fill out that demographic page and he said I can’t tell you how long this is going to take but i will start working on your case. I told him that I was out of town working and he told me oh it was a good thing that you came otherwise we wouldn’t have known or had this update because this is how we get started. So he told me 2 contradicting things I was not very pleased with his responses
 
Ey guys today is 2 week since I went to my infopass. They didn't stamp my passport. And they told me will take a few weeks to process, I been checking for any updates but no luck. Will see what happens by the end of the week.
 
I am in the west coast and waiting too from December 2019
I feel the delay for me is because my judge is no longer at the same court
I have been asking my attorney too and she keeps telling me that the court administrator are not getting back to her
It’s so frustrating, they don’t what we have been through

My judge retired the same day that he granted us Hopefully we get news soon because the court administrator didn't get back to my attorney yet. I was hoping to receive news for my birthday today:(
