Hi, can anyone tell me whether, theoretically speaking, a US spouse with a mental disorder who inflicts psychological damage to the immigrant spouse can thus enable him to petition to remove the Green Card condition by himself with no further showing up by the US spouse at immigration-related interviews, etc? I'm talking about emotional cruelty resulting from the US spouse's mental instability, as documented with a physician's affidavits, etc...... Please help.
