Enquire when PD become current. At that time also send expedite request.

I am sorry. I am new to this forum. I didnt understand.
what is PD getting current. I thought they are processing 02/2004 for NSC my PD is 12/2001. Am I not current?

As of now nothing is current for EB3. So wait until Oct 1st and start the query.

Slow Moving

Its seems very very slow for EB3 cases since the Oct is nearing. lets cross our fingers for good news.

Slow in what respect ? EAD, AP etc?
Otherwise it is not slow for 485... There should not be any movement at all as the PD are U.

Actually the Slow I meant was on getting FPs and RFEs. Atleast we saw some FPs notice sent out last month and people got some LUDs. I know there won't be any approvals until Oct but case movement like RFEs or BIO FPs some thing like that is not happening in this month.

Hi Jackmike & GCLover,

I am also from retrogression country. Gave fp twice back in 2003,2004 and recently got a FP(Biometrics) scheduled to 9/27, but due to personal reasons went ahead and yester day Lud changed (9/20). After that no change. Have seen any guys with this kind of situation(Lud change without any message change). Is it normal ? Or am I close to Card? Should I wait till retrogression is over?

Yes, it is normal.

Unfortunately, as you are EB3, you will have to wait untill the PD becomes current for you, i.e. when the retro is over. The only exception is if you are a PT or Nurse (Sch A).

Its normal to have LUD change after you give the FP. According to the wait time to reach destiny(card), Its very short when you consider RD/ND but its toooooo long when you consider PD, but in reality we need to wait for a long time.

skarza, it is normal for lud changes without message change.

But one thing I can tell if they have pulled a visa number for your case before EB3 became unavailable then you will get your approval. But that is very rare.

You will know that very soon.

Just want to let you know that last week I received my plastic card.
and it shows that I am permamnt resident from 6/20/05.
But i got approval in August 24.

Well I might be wrong, since I did not seen any approval recently for EB3 in this forum.

It is very unfortunate to seen the PD to retrogress so badly.

Hi GCLover,Erics & Waiting_GC,

Thanks for you all for your inputs. I have seen some where the INS issued...GC during the 3 months period of nonavailability of visas. Thats what I am wondering. I dont know whether God is Really exists, but these INS people are really testing us as Gods. I will update you if there is any progress/developments.
