It should be abvious to all of us that there just aren't a whole lot of EB3 PDs before Jan 2001 for any country. I do not expect to see to many approvals at all this month in the EB3 category. Until the dates move into 02 for EB3s or until 245i cases flood the system, the USCIS will continue to enjoy an extended vacation. They will continue to approve a few APs and EADs here and there while enjoying a much ligther work load.

I don't think there are plenty pending EB3s with 2001 PDs. A few hundred maybe. That does not constitute plenty. If you are counting all the PDs that are stuck in the labor process, then that is a different deal altogether. No one really knows how many 01 PDs are stuck in the BECs.
The sad truth is that most 01 PD filers have already been approved and are sitting pretty. I have been following this trend for 4 years now. Those like us who are still pending with 01 PDs either have gotten Substitute labors with PDs before 01, are stuck in some security check or have had files transferred to wrong offices and/or suffered other blunders by the USCIS.
I do beleive that there are a LOT of 02 PDs out there.

The problem is that the majority here in this site are from India and EB3 Indians don`t have visas available yet.saras76 said:WorryForGC,

I wondered if they cleared my fingerprints that I took in Jan 31 myself or our cases are waiting to be approved because of that....who knows? But if your case is still in VSC you should be able to call them and ask them about the name check; in my case VSC could not tell me anything because our case is in Philly and VSC does not have current status. Hope that helps!
jhawilla said:I just call VSC now and inquiry about my 485 case. They can`t process my case without a FP (my FP is expired). They will send me a letter for FP and if a don`t get it in 30 days, I must call back.
About the NC, they received something from FBI and they cannot give any info about it.
I ask if after I do the FP it will be forwarded to the FBI again and they said NO, it will be coming straight for us here in VSC.
